  • Get a high-quality webcam.
  • Set the device camera to be at eye level.
  • Check the quality of the audio equipment, speakers, and microphone
  • Close unnecessary programs to avoid distractions and improve the speed of your device.
  • Use the right browser or app.
  • Practice using the platform or app before the main session if possible.
  • Arrange your background. Remove unnecessary objects and sit before a plain wall if possible.
  • Dress appropriately.
  • Eliminate background noise.
  • Adjust the lighting appropriately.
  • Send a complaint beforehand if possible. Add in all you would like to discuss with the doctor.
  • During the session, stay alert and engaged.
