Listed below are some good and bad foods for your eyes.

Bad Foods:

Fried foods such as hamburgers and french fries. Excessive intake of these foods will build up fat in the body and block the arteries. This can lead to high blood pressure, which could cause eye problems such as hypertensive retinopathy. Toppings and dressings like margarine, mayonnaise, salad dressing, jelly; that are often used to decorate foods are also high in fat and should be used in minimal quantities.

Caffeinated drinks, alcoholic beverages, sodas, and all other drinks made from artificial sugars and sweeteners should be avoided. These artificial sweeteners increase the risk of having high blood pressure, which could cause eye problems.
